This is the highest level class which focuses on kettle bell, olympic lifts, and maximal strength and power development. Heart rate monitoring and maintaining a training log are fundamental to developing peak fitness levels which are an integral part of this class. Participants must have a minimum of 10 months of classes under their belt or 3-6 months of personal training before they can join this class. At MPT we want you to earn your fitness. Working at the highest level takes time, you must train hard at each step and earn your way towards accomplishing only the best for yourself.

Note: This class may not be for everyone, but you can still enjoy the benefits of losing body fat and attaining great fitness levels by participating in just the other classes. This class is for participants who are looking for more and are willing to put in the time and effort to work at this level.
