Dana

Dana is a coach at MPT. She did not discover her love for fitness until her mid 20’s. She was out of shape and depressed. Then she made the decision: to work on regaining her health. It wasn’t easy, and understands how going to the gym for the first time can be intimidating. She took her first step by joining Maki Performance Training community, and she instantly found strength & happiness she didn’t know she had. She is always inspired daily by those around her who step out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves, and wants to help others improve their health, feel good and reach their goals.
