Ragani is thrilled to be a part of the MPT Team. Having discovered her passion for fitness in her early twenties she believes being fit is about nurturing the mind, body and soul. Ragani understands that finding the time to train can be a challenge when raising a family or leading a busy lifestyle, however committing yourself to a healthier you is the best gift you can give yourself. She enjoys getting her workouts done early in the morning, clearing her mind and setting the tone for the rest of the day. She loves being active with her family, hiking, biking and exploring our beautiful city and believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle to her children.
As a Personal Trainer, and as a Health and Wellness Lifestyle Coach, Ragani loves seeing her clients achieve their health and fitness goals as well as an attitude of general well being in all aspects of their healthy lifestyle.
