Ryman is a sports enthusiast, and has participated in a variety of sports including rugby, soccer, football, and hockey. Ryman has always been an active individual. However there was a period of time when Ryman was an overweight individual. The long hours from his computer studies at University, and poor nutrition were leading factors. However, through hard work, the right training, and nutrition he changed his body composition and strength. As a result Ryman understands the dedication, persistence and hard work it takes to make a physical change. Now he wants to promote an active lifestyle by leading by example. He believes everyone can achieve the goals they have set their minds to, and his philosophy is that the key to living a healthy lifestyle is through a combination of the right nutrition, and staying active. He believes that this is unique to each individual that he works with and will work hard towards achieving their goals with each individual.
With his past experience and knowledge he would like to help others achieve their goals which ranges from fat loss, strength and conditioning, to athletic conditioning. Ryman is fluent in English and Chinese.
